WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond and follow up to customer requests and action items
• Estimate the material for quote and consolidate with the engineering and manufacturing
• Prepare quotes for requests by customer
• Ensure estimates of cost presented for proposals are accurate and backed up with sufficient documentation for future analysis
• Contact customers to follow up status of order

WHO YOU ARE

• You pick up the phone and get things done to support customers
• Previous experience in inside sales/sales support in a manufacturing environment
• Strong MS Office skills
• Post-secondary education in business/sales related programs
• Mechanical aptitude
• Intellectually curious, passionate about learning and being the best
• Sense of urgency, highly responsive and oriented towards action
• Can-do attitude, and respond in all situations with a positive and energized attitude

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE COOL PROJECTS DESIGNED AND BUILT

• LS-24 light-weight aluminum winches for the R/V Shackleford research and hydrographic survey vessel
• 20-Ton capacity hose handling marine cranes complete with dual winches, wireless remote controls, and built in electric hydraulic power units for Shell Deer Park
• Containerized AUV Launch and Recovery System (LARS) to the University of Gothenburg for their Antarctic mission
