Hawboldt’s modern 40,000 square foot facility has the capacity to handle both large and small projects, as well as repairs and maintenance. The plant includes:
- a comprehensive machine shop
- a CWB-certified welding facility
- a fully equipped hydraulic shop
- in-house foundry for non-ferrous casting
- modern painting and coating facilities
- propeller manufacturing and repair
- custom test facilities
Recent investments in new plant equipment include electric furnaces, overhead cranes and new CNC machinery. These improvements expand on our ability to meet the demand for custom-designed products with accelerated delivery.

Welding and Assembly Shop
Hawboldt welding and assembly shops include gas metal arc (flux core wire) for welding aluminum, steel and stainless steel. Cutting equipment includes a NC plasma-arc and acetylene burning table as well as arc-air capabilities. Welders are certified to CWB W47.1, W47.2 and W59.
